Better Widgets

Launching new Widgets with crisp UI to export data, change visualizations on the fly and drag-n-drop to rearrange widgets. 

Improved UX of Managing Widgets

Widgets can be added or removed from an analysis to answer a query on customer feedback. With the new UX of managing widgets, users can easily search to find possible widgets and remove/add them. 

Data Filtering

Widget data can now be filtered in the sidebar easily to only show what is relevant to the analysis. You can search for data points, filter by theme and apply other filtering options directly in the sidebar.

Hugeee reason model improvements

Reason model improvements

Reasons are self-descriptive short summaries of the voice of customers in feedback. We have released a new model for reasons which has improved its recall between 1.2-2x. Essentially, this would mean that more feedback is tagged with reasons and is easier to analyze. 

We have backfilled all data from January 1 2021 with the updated model. 

Invite Flow

We have made it easier to invite users to Enterpret. You'll only be able to add users of the verified domain. You can also copy a magic invite link and share it with your colleagues. 

Shortcuts

In our effort to make Enterpret even easier to use, we have added keybindings to easily switch between different views present in Enterpret. So, now by pressing Shift + S - you will be moved to semantic search. 

Fixes and improvements 

  1. Fixed a bug where creating a new chart was crashing for fields with a quote in them. 
  2. Improved the UI for reports.
  3. Fixed broken highlights for entity and reason.

Interpretability ❤️ Enterpret

We, at Enterpret, believe it is important for customers to be able to interpret why the model made the prediction. Along the same lines, we have launched a couple of more features.

Highlight entity and reason matches

Looking up feedback for an entity or a reason now highlights why we made the prediction. This at a glance offers clarity of why the prediction was made. 

Entity detail page

To get more visibility into the definition of an Entity, how it fits in the taxonomy - we have launched a detail page for each entity. This would help you to get an insight into what kind of phrases this entity gets mapped to, how it's been trending, and when it was discovered. Feedback cards highlight where the entity was discovered for better "enterpret"ability. 

SurveyMonkey Integration

We launched our custom Survey Monkey Integration with an easy one-click integration. This would allow you to analyze Survey Monkey survey responses tagged with your custom taxonomy. Discover what's driving low NPS, and respond faster to product quality issues.

Fixes and Improvements

  • Fix routing for reports to go to `/report`
  • Auto close querybuilder when a query is applied.
  • Compact layout for stacked bar charts in reports.
  • Fix bug where you could perform an incomplete query.

Feedback Alerts meet Email

Emails might just live forever. We have added email outbound to our growing list of integrations. 

Slice and dice Enterpret's taxonomy or on any user property to find relevant feedback for your use-case. Stay up-to-date with feedback for your use-case with feedback alerts on Email. For any feedback alert, configure the outbound channel as a collection of emails, set up a schedule and the right amount of feedback - and we will do the rest. 

Semantic Search on Analysis

We do our best job to make the taxonomy as comprehensive as possible - but we are bound to miss a few use cases. No worries - semantic search is to the rescue. 

Simply search for your case - and see aggregates like how the sentiment is trending, what reasons feedback is being given for, what are the features being mentioned, and how. 

Fixes and Improvements

  • The normalization view for the stacked bar chart was not summing up to 100.
  • See the list of dashboards an analysis is referring to. Add analysis to a dashboard directly from the analysis. 
  • Resetting changes in the querybuilder wasn't resetting analysis.

Dashboards

When working on Enterpret, you would be using multiple analyses for a feature launch or for setting the roadmap for the next quarter. It was cumbersome to onboard your teammate on your work.   

Dashboards are the collection of analyses so you can easily curate your work. With dashboards, you can easily share a collection of analyses. You can also automate reporting to a wider audience by setting up a customizable schedule in which you deliver your report to slack or email. Quickly access the dashboard by pinning it to the sidebar.

Stella Connect Integration 

We launched our custom Stella Connect Integration with easy one-click integration. This would allow you to analyze Stella Connect survey responses tagged with your custom taxonomy. Discover what's driving low NPS, and respond faster to product quality issues.
